While QuickFire is a relatively simple app, a lot went into making it work the way it does. That means there could be a bug or two. If you encounter one of the critters, please do not hesitate to send us an email using the form to the right. We will typically respond back within 45 minutes. Setting up QuickFire is normally as easy as putting in your username, password, and Basecamp web address, but there is also a setting that needs to be changed on Basecamp itself to allow 3rd party apps to integrate with it.
